Before Santelle spray tan application
The day before your Santelle spray tan it is most important that you thoroughly exfoliate, take extra attention to elbows, knees and ankles.
The shallower the dead skin layer on the surface of your skin, the more time it will take for this layer to build up before it starts rubbing off. That means the better the exfoliation, the more even your Santelle tan will be and the longer it will last.
Do not wax, shave or any type of hair removable on the day of your Santell′e spray tan. Do not apply moisturisers, deodorants , perfumes or any product to the body on the day of your Santell′e Spray tan. Wear comfy, loose dark colored clothing for your spray tanning session, remove jewellery.
After Santelle spray tan application
Wait 2 hours (max 4 hours) then shower, do not rub dry with towel, just pat dry. Santelle spray tanning will develop further over the next 24 hours. Do not undertake activities that will cause you to perspire as this will affect the result of your tan.
Apply moisturiser daily (or more frequently) for a longer lasting tan. Avoid activities that naturally exfoliate your skin. e.g. long baths, shaving too often, chlorinated swimming pools.
